Les managers ne peuvent plus se contenter de chercher des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 court terme et pour y arriver, de crier, de mettre la pression, de fixer des objectifs toujours plus hauts.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, un management dur est rentable dans un premier temps : les collaborateurs ont peur du chef et produisent plus.
