Mais que cache exactement cette appellation et est-ce vraiment la solution ?<\/p>\n<p>En fait, il existe pas vraiment de profil type. Il y a presque autant de CHO que d&rsquo;entreprises, pour les rares qui ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette fonction. Elles seraient 200 en France \u00e0 disposer d&rsquo;une telle fonction.<\/p>\n<p>Car derri\u00e8re cette appellation, on peut y trouver un facilitateur de la vie des employ\u00e9s et c&rsquo;est souvent ce que tout le monde a en t\u00eate. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs souvent la \u00ab\u00a0mauvaise r\u00e9putation\u00a0\u00bb qui coure actuellement, sorte de clown joyeux en charge de faire sourire. Mais il y a aussi bien d&rsquo;autres exemples de personnes qui sont CHO en compl\u00e9ment de leur poste principal et qui s&rsquo;en occupe comme d&rsquo;une mission de fond.<\/p>\n<p>Car agir sur le bien-\u00eatre dans une entreprise ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un babyfoot et \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation d&rsquo;un ap\u00e9ritif de temps en temps. Il faut le plus souvent agir en profondeur sur ce qui doit \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;on reconnait les v\u00e9ritables d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n<p>Un CHO peut \u00eatre contributeur dans la d\u00e9tection des zones de fragilit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise et \u00e0 construire avec les \u00e9quipes les solutions pour plus de bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Et si la solution consistait \u00e0 nommer un CHO comme une mission tournante \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e ? ou un petit collectif de salari\u00e9s dont la mission serait de maintenir la veille et identifier les plans d&rsquo;actions prioritaires ?<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, construire une d\u00e9marche de bien-\u00eatre au travail ne se construit pas sans les \u00e9quipes internes car c&rsquo;est un chantier continu.<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous deviez traduire en fran\u00e7ais l&rsquo;appellation CHO Chief Happiness Manager, vous lui donneriez quel nom ? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CHO ou Chief Happiness Manager, c&rsquo;est le nouveau terme \u00e0 la mode pour le bien-\u00eatre au travail.
